This study further evaluated the potential associations between allelic variation in GC, CYP27B1, and VDR genes and preeclampsia risk using a systematic tagging SNP approach in two large, multi‐ethnic pregnancy cohorts. Here, CYP27B1 is linked to preeclampsia.
