LRRK2 and Parkinson disease: Moreover, the LRRK2+/+ PD fibroblasts also showed lower Rhodamine 123 fluorescence (several cells showed virtually no Rh123 fluorescence retention in mitochondria (Supplementary Figure 2A; arrows) and significantly (p < 0.05, Unpaired t-test) higher numbers of fragmented mitochondria (Supplementary Figure 2F) compared to sporadic PD and LRRK2+/− cells.
