Interestingly, we further analyzed the expression level of DUXAP10 in 20 types of cancer tissues and normal tissues samples from TCGA and found that DUXAP10 is overexpressed in multiple cancers, such as Colorectal cancer, Thyroid cancer, and Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma, Pancreas cancer (Fig. 2b). Here, DUXAP10 is linked to thyroid gland carcinoma.
