METTL14 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Trans-well and invasion assay showed that METTL14 depletion-induced metastasis could be reversed by miR126 mimic while miR126 inhibitor increased the metastasis when METTL14 was forced overexpression, indicating that METTL14 suppressed the metastasis of HCC by increasing the miR126 level in an m6A-dependent manner.
