In the present report, we analyze the effects of phenolic compounds oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol and a mixture of both in circulating RAS-regulating ASAP, APA, APN, APB and IRAP specific activities together to the proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-6 in an animal model of glioma to better understand the relationship between RAS, inflammation and tumor growth in this experimental model.
