CDKN1C and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: Furthermore, we found that knockdown of Lucat1 inhibited cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and cell cycle arrest, while knockdown of p57 reversed the negative role of cell proliferation, and cell cycle arrest in ACHN and 786-O cell lines, which indicated p57 was a novel Lucat1 target, and Lucat1 could function as oncogene through suppressing p57 expression in ccRCC cells.
