While high expression of the other two target genes LY9 [GEPIA: logrankp = 0.038, HR (high) = 0.71, Fig. 3c; KMPD: 210370_s_at, logRankp = 0.00014, HR = 0.66(0.53–0.82), Fig. 3d] and SFRP1 [GEPIA: logrankP = 0.028, HR(high) = 0.7, Fig. 3e; KMPD: 202037_s_at, logRank p = 0.00031, HR = 0.72(0.58–0.9), Fig. 3f] conferred a survival advantage to breast cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene LY9 and breast carcinoma.
