IGF1 and pituitary tumor: The most commonly (>1.5% of patients) reported AEs (regardless of whether they were considered by the investigator to be related to treatment) were elevated IGF-I in 10.1% of the patients, followed by elevated liver transaminases (4.8%), headache (4.2%), vitamin D deficiency (3.6%), arthralgia (3.6%), osteoarthritis (2.7%), injection site reaction (3.0%), asthenia (2.1%), depression (1.9%), colonic polyps (1.8%), cholelithiasis (1.8%) and pituitary tumor recurrence (1.6%).
