YAP1 and CTGF protein expression were significantly negatively correlated with miR-375 expression in clinical samples (P < 0.001 and P = 0.044, respectively, Fig. 2e), suggesting YAP1 and CTGF were up-regulated in GC development, at least in part, due to the silence of miR-375 expression. This evidence concerns the gene YAP1 and gastric cancer.
