Overexpression of RECK reduced cell growth and invasion and abrogated the tumour‐promoting effect and MMP‐2/‐9 expression caused by miR‐15b, which was consistent with previous studies in cancer cells 20, 33, 38 indicating that miR‐15a might promote the tumorigenicity of PCa cells via targeting RECK (Fig. 6E).
