The mRNA and protein expression of nNOS, eNOS, Mn-SOD, Cu/Zn-SOD, CAT, HO-1, Nrf2, γ-GCS, NQO1 in the liver and spleen tissues of mice in the ITP group were stronger than those for mice in the VC and KTP group, but iNOS expression of mice in the ITP group were weaker than for mice in the VC and KTP group. This evidence concerns the gene NFE2L2 and autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura.
