Recently, some studies have found that CFL1 is highly expressed in tumor tissues, including renal cell carcinoma [8], ovarian cancer [9, 10], oral squamous cell carcinoma [11], pancreatic cancer [12], breast cancer [13, 14], lung cancer [15], gastric cancer [16], and gallbladder cancer [17], and plays regulatory roles in triggering the transformation of tumor cells, enhancing the power of cells in transfer, and dividing cells. Here, CFL1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
