The positive expression rates of UGP2 and CFL1 in the cases with high differentiation, no lymph node metastasis, no invasion into the surrounding tissues and organs, and TNM stage I and/or II were significantly lower than the rates in the cases with poor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, invasion into the surrounding tissues and organs, and TNM stage III and/or IV (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene UGP2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
