The cumulative incidence of breast cancer at the age of 60 was found to be 37.7% (95% CI, 27.5–47.8) for PMS2, 31.1% (95% CI, 21.9–40.7) for MSH6, 16.1% (95% CI, 7.3–27.9) for MSH2, and 15.5% (95% CI, 5.5–30.2) for MLH1 PV carriers. This evidence concerns the gene MSH6 and breast carcinoma.
