To date, many anti-arthritic drugs, such as sarilumab (anti-IL-6) [91] and ixekizumab (anti-IL-17) [92], have been developed to block signaling pathways in RA for the application of pharmaceutical and biological cotherapy; they also inhibit the Janus kinase pathway and have already been used in clinical practice.
