LAPTM4B and hepatocellular carcinoma: Similarly, the CHIP‐qPCR results suggested that more AP4 protein was bound to LAPTM4B in HCC cells (BEL‐7402 cells) with the LAPTM4B 1/2 gene phenotype (Fig. S2) than to that in normal hepatocyte cells (LO2 cells) with the LAPTM4B 1/1 phenotype (Fig. 2D).
