As the related literature reports, miRNAs participate widely in tumor development and inhibit tumor occurrence and development through there effect on target genes in tumor; for example miR-143-3p inhibits prostate cancer invasion and metastasis by targeting gene MMP1322,23, and miR-497 and miR-195 inhibit the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer by targeting the protein Raf-1 and Ccnd124,25. This evidence concerns the gene RAF1 and prostate cancer.
