Overall, the association between CYP1A1 Ile462Val polymorphism and risk of cervical cancer was evaluated under five genetic models (G vs. A: OR = 1.27, 95% CI = 0.95–1.69, Figure 2; GG vs. AA: OR = 1.54, 95% CI = 0.87–2.74; GA vs. AA: OR = 1.27, 95% CI = 0.92–1.76; GA+GG vs. AA: OR = 1.25, 95% CI = 0.90–1.73; GG vs. AA+GA: OR = 1.31, 95% CI = 0.77–2.21), respectively. Here, CYP1A1 is linked to cervical cancer.
