No significant differences were found in the levels of glucose, insulin, lipid profile (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, non-HDL cholesterol and triglycerides), uric acid, lactates, HOMA, HbA1c, Apo A1, Apo B, ratio Apo B/Apo A1, Lp(a), homocysteine, CRP, hsCRP, NT-proBNP, fibrinogen, and microalbumin urinary excretion between patients with or without lipodystrophy. Here, NPPB is linked to lipodystrophy.
