IL10 and asthma: Our study suggests that asthma is significantly associated with higher DMRs within the promoter region of Foxp3 as well as region 3 of intron 4 of IL10. In addition, DMRs in the promoter region of Foxp3 are positively linked with average exposure to CO, NO2, and PM2.5 during the 90 days prior to the blood draw.
