MUC16 and ovarian cancer: The data suggest that ABT-767 has single-agent activity in patients with tumors with BRCA mutations or high-grade serous ovarian cancer, with tumor responses of 21% (17/80 patients) in all patients per RECIST 1.1 criteria, and 30% (24/80 patients) in patients with ovarian cancer per CA-125 and/or RECIST 1.1 criteria.
