It was consistent that oncogenic miR-21 and miR-155 involved in the progression and invasion of GBM [16, 34], and a set of their common key targets such as LHX6 [35], DRD1 [17], NEUROG1 [36] and RAB27B [37] were also associated with tumor progression.
