PTPN11 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive: Since these molecular factors could be responsive to the Ras/MAPK pathway [27-29], and the above results indicated that matrine significantly reduced phosphorylation levels of ERK, MEK, SHP2 as well as Shc, it suggested that matrine inhibited CML cell growth through the MEK/MAPK pathway.
