Selective inhibitors targeting key molecules, including cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors, CD20 monoclonal antibody, TNF-alpha inhibitors and so on, have serious adverse reactions in the treatment of autoimmune diseases (Fleischmann et al., 2012; Davies et al., 2015; Atzeni et al., 2016; Yun et al., 2016). This evidence concerns the gene PTGS2 and autoimmune disease.
