The average prostate specific antigen (PSA) of PMLP patients was 2.8 ng/ml (0.54–4.82 ng/ml), which was lower than that of Pca with LN (−) (8.86–38.46 ng/ml) and PCa with LN (+) (10.07–87.22). This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy.
