The changes in biological characteristics of colon cancer cells were observed after the target gene CXCL12 was silenced, and the affected signal transduction pathways were explored to understand the molecular biological mechanisms for effect of CXCL12 on the occurrence and development of tumors and provide a new method strategy and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of colon cancers. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL12 and malignant colon neoplasm.
