PAFAH1B3 and AHCYL2 achieved the best AUC performance in rectum adenocarcinoma (AUC = 0.992), AKR1C4 and DNA2 in stomach adenocarcinoma (AUC = 0.983 and AUC = 0.98), GALE and SLC4A4 in thyroid carcinoma (AUC = 0.956 and AUC = 0.935); BRIP1 and GLI2 in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (AUC = 0.949). This evidence concerns the gene DNA2 and rectum adenocarcinoma.
