We found one amplified gene in the in-frame fusion samples, hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase 15-(NAD) (HPGD), which was reported as a therapeutic target in prostate cancer due to its involvement in the arachidonic acid pathway with PLA2G7, EPHX2, and CYP4F8 [41]. The gene discussed is CYP4F8; the disease is Familial prostate cancer.
