UBE2N and breast carcinoma: Although UBE2N/Ubc13 expression level alone is not an independent predictor of survival (Figure 7B), these data from patient samples are in agreement with in vitro results assessing the proliferation, migration, and invasion potential of MDA-MB-231 cells possessing downregulated UBE2N/Ubc13 expression, and overall substantiate the relevance of UBE2N/Ubc13 in breast cancer aggressiveness.
