Prognostic parameters which reflect systemic inflammatory response include CRP, albumin levels, LMR, NLR, PLR and fibrinogen levels [1, 20–27], etc. Furthermore, recent studies had indicated that inflammation-based cumulative prognostic score systems, like the Glasgow prognostic score (GPS) or advance lung cancer inflammation index (ALI), are useful prognostic models for several solid tumors [28–31].
