MAP1LC3A and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Interestingly, by analysing the T-ALL patient samples and comparing them with healthy controls, we found JAK2 gene copy gains and high expression, as well as Beclin 1 and LC3 up-regulation, which indicated that JAK2 activation plays a very important role in the development of T-ALL and that it is a target for the treatment of T-ALL.
