The results of the univariate analysis were listed in Table 1, lower NLR (< 2.8 vs ≥ 2.8, p < 0.001), negative HbeAg (vs positive, p = 0.008), lower AFP (< 200 vs ≥ 200, p < 0.001), negative vascular invasion (p < 0.001), less tumor number (single vs multiple, p = 0.019) and better differentiation tumor grade (I/II vs III/IV, p = 0.034) were associated with a better prognosis of OS. This evidence concerns the gene AFP and neoplasm.
