We found that a high expression of CXCL8 was closely correlated with lymph node metastasis (p = 0.039), a high number of infiltrating CD204-positive macrophages (p = 0.043), and a high expression level of CXCR2 (p = 0.043) (Table 1). The gene discussed is CXCR2; the disease is metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
