As mentioned, previous studies indicate that serum levels of CA15-3, CEA, CA19-9 and p53 increase in cervical cancer [31, 55–57] and we found that serum anti-CA15-3, anti-CEA and anti-p53 IgG levels increased while anti-CA19-9 IgG levels were unchanged (Table 5). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and cervical cancer.
