The present results indicate that the frequencies of elevated anti-CA15-3, anti-CEA, anti-c-Myc, anti-p53 and anti-Hsp27 IgGs increase in cervical cancer, and those of anti-CEA and anti-CA19-9 IgG increase in the CIN III stage. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and uterine cervix carcinoma in situ.
