RDH10 and glioma: Analysis of RDH10 expression from GE-mini dataset (http://gemini.cancer-pku.cn/)[29], which integrates The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) datasets, revealed that RDH10 levels are increased in gliomas compared with normal brain tissues, and highly increased in glioblastoma (GBM) (Figure 1B).
