As shown in Table 2, there were significant decreases in the proportions of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in the peripheral blood of tumor-bearing mice in the model group relative to the blank group (p < 0.05), which indicates that the immunologic balance of the tumor-bearing mice in the model group had been destroyed under the attack of the H22 tumor cells [23,24].
