Western blotting analysis showed that the expression levels of phosphorylated PI3K and Akt in the LncRNA si-AK023391 group were significantly reduced, but not total PI3K or Akt, indicating that the PI3K/Akt pathway might be involved in AK023391-induced tumorigenesis and invasion of GC through regulation of the phosphorylation level of PI3K/Akt pathway. Here, AKT1 is linked to gastric cancer.
