WNT10B and cervical carcinoma: To further support this notion we analyzed the expression of WNT10B in HeLa cells (a cervical cancer cell line), which is known to have the highest expression of WNT10B within the NIH’s NCI-60 cell line panel (data not shown), and in U2OS cells (osteosarcoma), which are known to express WNT10B; WNT10B expression is associated with chemoresistance in these cell lines [21].
