Positron Emission Tomography (PET)/CT imaging using Glu-NH-CO-NH-Lys-(Ahx)-[68Ga(HBED-CC)] (68Ga-PSMA-11) as a 68Ga-labelled PSMA ligand can detect PC metastases and relapses and with high contrast and specificity by binding to the extracellular domain of PSMA [11, 12]. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and pachyonychia congenita.
