Mice co-expressing both the KrasG12D and the FoxM1-ΔN transgenes (SPC-rtTA/ TetO- KrasG12D/ TetO-FoxM1-ΔN, [20]) developed mucinous lung adenocarcinomas compared to mice expressing KrasG12D alone (Fig 4E). Here, FOXM1 is linked to lung colloid adenocarcinoma.
