Furthermore, we determined CIP2A expression in clinical samples using immunohistochemistry analysis in 41 MM specimens and 22 adjacent normal bone trabecula and BM tissues, and determined that CIP2A was overexpressed in 46.3% of the tumor samples (19 of 41), whereas most of the adjacent normal tissues exhibited undetectable or low CIP2A staining (Figures 1g and h). The gene discussed is CIP2A; the disease is neoplasm.
