Carette et al. [42] reprogrammed a cell line derived from chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) by infecting them with a retrovirus that induced the expression of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and MYC (OSKM) followed by the subcutaneous injection of the CML-iPSCs into nonobese/diabetic severe combined immunodeficient (NOD-SCID) mice [Table 1].
