It was observed that the plasma EBV DNA load detectable in 8 cases with EBV infection (3 AIM and 5 CAEBV) was negatively correlated with the expression level of B cell markers CD20 (r = −0.747, p = 0.033) and CD22 (r = −0.724, p = 0.042), and positively correlated with a leukocyte marker CD35 (r = 0.743, p = 0.035) (Fig. 4a–d). Here, CR1 is linked to Epstein-Barr virus infection.
