To evaluate the effect of KRAS mutation and high-fat calorie diet, we determined the total numbers of CD45+ immune cells, percentage of DX5+ NK cells and total numbers of NK cells in oral gingival cells of WT and KC mice on day 0 (Figure 2A) before cells were cultured for 7 days (Figure 2B).
