AFAP1 and breast carcinoma: Three studies focused on breast cancer and a subgroup analysis found that AFAP1-AS1 was significantly associated with RFS in breast cancer (pooled HR = 2.90; 95% CI: 1.69–4.98; heterogeneity: Chi2 = 0.76, df = 2 (P = 0.68); I2 = 0%) (Figure 6C).
