To confirm the OBSCN gene expression we also compared with other well-known breast cancer genes such as TP53, PIK3CA, ARID1A, BRCA1, etc. and found that these genes had closer expression levels and it indicated that OBSCN gene mutations may also have a positive correlation with breast cancer dispositions (Figure 4) (https://cran.r-project.org/); (www.cbioportal.org); (https://cancergenome.nih.gov/). The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast carcinoma.
