This analysis (Table 3) shows that NSCLC patients are more likely to have reduced OS if they have a high percentage of PD-1+CD3+CD4+ (HR= 1.695; P=.025), PD-L1+CD3+ (HR=1.248; P<0.0001), PD-L1+CD3+CD8+ (HR=1.291; P<0.0001) and PD-L2+CD3+ cells (HR=1.370; P=0.011). Here, PDCD1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
