Additionally, we also showed the ability of clone formation was elevated in cells with high level of RNF187 (Figure 2H), and the MTT assay showed that the knockdown of RNF187 expression in HCCLM3 cells significantly inhibited cell activity, while the forced RNF187 expression upregulated the HepG2 cell activity (Figure 2I).These results indicated the high levels of RNF187 was associated with an increased metastatic potential of HCC cells.
