Next, we studied BrMFS in the Luminal group according to whether the tumor expressed FN14 or not (Figure 2A), and we found that overexpression of FN14 was associated with a reduction in BrMFS (HR = 8.25; 95% CI: 2.77–24.61; p = 0.00015). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF12A and neoplasm.
