Four genes (BUB1B, CCNB1, CDC25A and NDC80) were expressed at higher levels in bladder cancer tissues than in normal bladder tissues, but the expression of FBXO5 was lower in bladder cancer than in normal tissues (Fig. 5a-b, Additional file 5: Table S5 in Additional files). The gene discussed is CDC25A; the disease is urinary bladder carcinoma.
