CD274 and neoplasm: Univariate analysis showed that age of older than 60, stage III–IV disease, with B symptoms, with spleen involvement, IPI no less than 3, serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level higher than 245 U/L, failure to achieve complete remission (CR) after first-line chemotherapy, and PD-L1 expression in tumor cells were significantly associated with short OS and PFS; β2-MG level higher than 2.52 mg/L and lack of rituximab treatment were only significantly associated with short OS (Table 2).
